Christine Saaler

 

Christine is a highly motivated and multi-disciplined performance improvement specialist.

 

Her professional management qualifications span facilities, health & safety, learning & development, project and general management.

Focusing on learning and development, she has 17 years experience designing and delivering bespoke programmes for both public and private sector organisations.  Her Clients include national and international companies in the defence, construction, highways, oil and power generation and marine service industries. 

Christine’s MSc is in training and performance management.  She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and works as an External Verifier, External Assessor and member of their national Quality Audit team.

Her other professional memberships include the British Institute of Facilities Management, Chartered Institute of Management, IOSH, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and International Institute of Risk & Safety Management.

As an experienced health and safety practitioner, she has been involved in major national projects rolled out in the UK and Middle East.  Christine also works extensively as a CDM Co-ordinator, both client and supply side.

She is an active member of her regional committee for Working Well Together, the construction industry and Health & Safety Executive joint safety initiative.

Christine has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  She adopts a best practice approach to every commission, making her a flexible and multi-disciplined practitioner.  She has worked as an Investor in People Advisor and Assessor for the EQFM model.
