Geoff Edmundson

Geoff is a facilities management professional, managing consultant and director with over twenty six years experience in private, public and government sectors.  The value Geoff brings spans a number of levels.

His technical and analytical skills were refined with British Gas, managing gas engineering projects and programmes in Central London and then as an analyst in Group Finance appraising policy, strategy, UK and international investments and risk governance for the PLC Board.  He was part of the BG & McKinsey team re-engineering the organisation into business units and went on to join the new BG Property Unit, helping to mobilise, transition and bed-down £400m of outsourced FM services.

Geoff has a successful track record and reputation for delivering value through continuous improvement, evidence-based mobilisation & transition of outsourced services, change & transformation programmes, performance and assurance reviews.  He is used to dealing with complex clients and stakeholder groups, making sure the benefits and outcomes they believed they signed on to, are delivered.

His core skills centre on getting the best out of people, projects and programmes and by applying his interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills to delivering demonstrable value through managed change, benefit realisation and risk governance.  Geoff is always looking to develop available and new knowledge into solutions to meet clients' ever changing needs.

He holds memberships of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), the Institutes Knowledge & Research Committee and of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
