John Matthews

John is a highly skilled consultant/trainer with excellent people skills and considerable experience in culture change, organisational design, training and development, performance management, capacity improvement and communications.

He is an effective change manager with experience in both the public and private sectors, whose projects have spanned the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, United States, Luxembourg and Switzerland.  John is also an accomplished project manager and workstream leader and has been responsible for a number of key outcomes in high-profile business transformation programmes. 

 John works well with all levels of staff including directors and senior leaders in client organisations across a range of sectors including; Central Government, Local Authority, Banking, Healthcare, Retail and Telecommunications.  John makes change happen by supporting leaders and staff through major transformation programmes. 

He is an effective coach and mentor of senior managers as well as an accomplished trainer and facilitator.
