Judith Cashmore-James

Judith is a certified co-active coach, and an experienced change agent. She is recognised for her ability to unlock organisations and free up the performance potential of leaders and managers across public and private sector organisations.

Judith has considerable experience in senior management roles in the public sector, leading and managing both major change programmes and service delivery in complex political environments.  She has worked closely with a large volunteer workforce and has significant experience of working directly to non-executive boards, with the ability to attain credibility quickly. 

She has led the development of strategies for creating high performance and increased personal effectiveness, both of which organisations have found positively impact on culture and staff motivation.  

She has excellent interpersonal skills, and is experienced in using Action Learning to underpin organisational change, process and service improvement.  Current projects involve designing and delivering senior and middle management leadership and development training programmes for a number of clients.
