Nicky Davies

Nicky is an experienced coach and organisational development consultant. She has developed and delivered training for leaders and managers of change, helping them to lead and manage in times of uncertainty with confidence. She is also a skilled and experienced Action Learning facilitator. 

Nicky has a background in Public Health and Community Development, and managed community based health services for a number of years. After this, she moved into the area of Organisational Development and became an internal consultant to various NHS organisations, and a consultant to specific multi-agency projects. 

More recently Nicky was the Head of Organisation Development for a pharmacy group, and now provides coaching, training and consultancy support to both public and private sector clients. When consulting she draws on such tools as whole systems approaches to change, process mapping, service and role re-design, and results based management, bringing a creative approach to her work. 

Nicky has a Masters Degree in Management Development and Social Responsibility, and has an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.
