Robyn is a management consultant who specialises in customer service design and improvement, and IT. She won the prize for business strategy in her MBA year, and has twenty years’ experience in communications and marketing.
She did her first computer programming as part of her undergraduate degree and has maintained a strong business driven IT knowledge since. She has developed strategy and service models for a variety of public sector organisations in recent years.
