Sarah Hollingworth

Sarah is a seasoned HR and change management professional.  With operational HR management experience she is well versed in issues connected with ensuring the HR function is effective and well placed to contribute to today’s organisational challenges. With her technical understanding of the HR function together with her broader change management experience she is well placed to undertake this review. 

Sarah’s broader experience includes large scale local authority transformation and performance improvement programmes for Central Government. As part of the senior team as Head of HR within Sport England, Sarah, through a phase of modernisation, led HR in embedding a new structure, whilst supporting managers dealing with the aftermath of a major restructure.
