 Wayne is an enthusiastic result driven consultant with excellent communication and delivery skills.
Wayne has a proven qualification and practical knowledge of ISO9000 (Quality), ISO14000 (Environmental), BS18000 (Health & Safety), BS25999 (Business Continuity) and ISO27000 (Information Security) and is involved in key implementation of audit, consultancy and training of the same in various UK companies.
He is a Trained HR consultant through Thomas International in psychometric assessments and aptitude testing. He was analysed by Thomas International as having strong leadership traits and team worker attributes.
Wayne is a British Mensa member with the ability to absorb and assimilate new procedures and practices rapidly and effectively.
He is numerate, with sound mental arithmetic and accounting skills. Wayne is a skilled negotiator at all levels.
Wayne's skills include being competent in rapid implementation and accreditation for customers, adept in conducting dynamic reviews for clients reflecting changing needs and increased competences and well versed in the instigation of corporate developemtn programmes based on the Business Excellence Model.
